The dashboards I build for UK DSP owners

These are anonymised versions of portals running for real DSPs. Company names, driver names, transporter IDs, tracking numbers and customer details have all been changed. Nothing here is a template: each one was built around what that owner and their managers actually needed to see.

The quickest way to judge this is on your own numbers. Send me a few weeks of data and I’ll build a dashboard for your DSP, free, so you’re looking at your station instead of someone else’s.

Each opens in a new tab. The PIN is next to it.

Performance and coaching portal

A UK station across six weeks. The scorecard by driver, then the cases behind it: PBS, DCR, DNR and DSC concessions, and photo-on-delivery quality. DNR cases are matched to concessions by tracking number, so you can see which delivery habits are causing them. The coaching plan builds each week’s priority list, with conversation notes and agreed actions for every driver. June and July monthly roll-ups are included.

In the Coaching Plan tab, choose Admin sign-in and use any email and password to try adding notes. Nothing you type is saved.

Lost on road

Where parcels are going missing, which routes and drivers they sit behind, and what’s still recoverable.

The dashboard is the smaller half

The reporting is what you can see. The rest is someone dedicated to the data side of your operation every week: going through what’s driving the numbers, which drivers need attention, what can be recovered through disputes, and where your managers should be putting their time.

I spent seven years with Amazon in the UK before setting this up, so the work happens in the language your station already uses.
