Your scorecard, worked through every week.

I’m the back office behind DSP owners in the UK and USA. Every week I go through your scorecard and exceptions driver by driver, build the coaching list your leads work from, and keep it all in a dashboard your managers can open.

The audit is free. Send a few weeks of data and I’ll show you what’s driving your score before you commit to anything.

What I take off your plate

Most DSP owners already have the data. What’s missing is someone with the time to go through it properly every week, and turn it into conversations your leads can have with drivers.

Every week

Scorecard review

Every driver’s tiers, what moved since last week and why, with teams ranked so your leads know where they stand.

Exception management

CDF, DCR, DSB, DNR, POD and PBS cases worked through driver by driver, with the ones worth disputing flagged.

Coaching plans

A prioritised list for each team with the evidence and the conversation to have, so coaching happens before the next scorecard lands.

Reports and dashboards

One portal for owners and managers, with access set by area, plus monthly trend reports.

Add when you need it

Safety analysis

USA

Netradyne events by driver and type, and who needs a conversation this week.

Hours reconciliation

USA

Paycom punches checked against Cortex routes, so paid hours that don’t match a route get caught before payroll.

Route productivity

USA

Packages per paid hour, route by route through the week, so you can see which routes aren’t working and why.

Lost on road

Where parcels go missing, which routes and drivers they sit behind, and what’s still recoverable.

How a week runs

Amazon’s week runs Sunday to Saturday. This is the rhythm most DSPs settle into. We agree the exact days when we start.

  1. Sun

New week opens. The dashboard rolls over so managers start from a clean page.

  2. Mon

Last week’s CDF, DCR and DSB cases go to your team leads, driver by driver.

  3. Tue

Hours from last week checked against routes.

    USA clients
  4. WedScorecard day

The new scorecard becomes a team ranking and a coaching plan for each lead.

  5. Thu

Leads have the coaching conversations. Notes and agreed actions go into the dashboard.

  6. Fri

A second round of this week’s cases, so problems get fixed while the week can still move.

  7. Sat

Owner summary: what moved, what’s at risk and where managers’ time should go next week.

UK

Built around the UK scorecard and the exports UK stations work from.

  • Performance and coaching portal: DCR, DNR, DSC, PBS and photo quality by week
  • DNR cases matched to concessions, so you see which behaviour causes them
  • Coaching plan with conversation notes and agreed actions
  • Lost-on-road tracker

USA

Built around the DA scorecard, Netradyne, Cortex and Paycom.

  • Performance portal for a single station and for a twelve-team station
  • Area manager views, so each manager sees only their own teams
  • Hours reconciliation and route productivity
  • Lost-on-road tracker

Who you’ll be working with

I’m Nancy Penas. I spent seven years in DSP operations with Amazon in the UK, as a supervisor and step-up manager, before starting Zenith.

I’ve been on the station side of the scorecard, so I know what the numbers mean on the ground and how little time owners and managers have to go through them properly. That’s the gap Zenith fills.

Zenith is based in the UK and works remotely with DSPs in the UK and the USA. You deal with me directly.

Start with a free audit

A low-effort way to find out whether this is worth it for your DSP.

  1. Book a short call

We talk about your station, your team and what’s costing you points.

  2. Send a few weeks of data

Scorecards and exception exports to start. Cortex access makes the audit far more useful, but it isn’t required.

  3. I work through it

Which drivers and metrics are driving your score, what could have been disputed, and where coaching would move things fastest.

  4. We go through it together

If it’s useful, we agree a monthly plan. If not, you’ve lost nothing.

Questions DSP owners ask

Is Zenith software?

No. It’s a service: someone going through your numbers every week and turning them into action with your team. The dashboards come with it, built around what you and your managers need to see.

What access do you need?

Your weekly scorecard and exception exports to start. Cortex access lets me work from the source. For US DSPs, Netradyne for safety analysis and Paycom exports for hours reconciliation.

Does this replace my managers?

No. Your leads still coach and run the station. I do the analysis and preparation so their time goes on conversations with drivers rather than spreadsheets.

How is it priced?

A monthly fee based on the size of your operation and which services you want. You’ll get a clear quote after the audit.

Can you work with DSPs in the USA?

Yes. Reports and dashboards are ready for your working day, and the weekly rhythm is set around when your scorecard and exports are released.

Are you connected to Amazon?

No. Zenith is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
